Born in 1905 in Odessa, Jewish, member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1928-1937, member of the bureau of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League, deputy chairman of the Leningrad Regional Council of Osoaviakhim. Lived in Leningrad (4 Dzerzhinsky St., Apt. 16). Arrested on 29.05.1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR (visiting session in Leningrad) on 30.08.1937 under Article 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot on 30.08.1937.
