On September 2, 1938, the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR was sentenced under Art. Art. 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to be shot. The sentence has not been executed. By a special meeting at the NKVD of the USSR on 07/26/1939 he was convicted of "espionage" for 8 years in labor camp. He served time in Sevzheldorlag. Released 07/27/1946. He worked in Kotlas and Syktyvkar. In 1949, he was the head of the Bureau of Expertise of the Pskov Regional Department for Architecture and Senior Architect of the Regional Project. Lived in Pskov, Nekrasovskaya st., 3, apt. 4. Arrested again on 05/12/1949. A special meeting at the Ministry of State Security of the USSR on 07/06/1949 was convicted under Art. Art. 58-6-11 to the link to the eternal settlement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. He served his sentence in Dudinka. He achieved rehabilitation in 1956. He died in 1979 in Leningrad.
