In 1920, he worked as deputy head of the provincial trade union bureau and head of the cultural department of the Provincial Trade Union Council in Odessa. In 1936, he was head of the Industrial and Transport Department of the Kyiv Regional Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine. Arrested in 1936. Shot.
