Born in 1897 in Rechitsa Byelorussian SSR; Jewish; from the civil servants; incomplete higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since March 1920. Head of the department of the Kiev Regional Party Committee. Lived in Kiev. Arrested on 17.01.1937. Sentenced to capital punishment on 28.03.1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of belonging to a counter-revolutionary Trotskyist group. Shot on 28.03.1937 in Moscow, burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated on 14.03.1956.
