Born in 1900 in Yelisavetgrad; Jewish; incomplete higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1st Secretary of the District Committee of the Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine in Kiev. Lived in Kiev. Arrested in 1936. Sentenced to capital punishment on March 8, 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of counter-revolutionary activities. Shot on March 8, 1937 in Moscow; burial place - Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on April 28, 1956.
