Born in 1901 in Belarus; Jewish; member of the Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Ukraine. Head of the propaganda and agitation department of the Kyiv regional committee of the Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Ukraine. Lived in
Kyiv, Olginskaya St., Building 1, Apt. 21. Arrested on December 27, 1936. Sentenced on March 9, 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on charges of counter-revolutionary organizational activity and committing terrorist acts to capital punishment. Shot on March 10, 1937 in Moscow; burial place: Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Main Military Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on April 7, 1956.
