Genus. in 1900 in St. Petersburg; Russian; from the nobles; employee; non-partisan. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Petrograd University (according to other sources, he studied at the School of Law). In 1918–1925 he served in the Red Army as a treasurer and aerial photography assistant. Before his arrest, he lived in Moscow (Chisty per., 3, apt. 1), an economist and planner at the Soyuzmoloko trust. Arrested on December 11, 1932 on charges of “espionage.” Sentenced 02/03. (according to other data, 03.08.) 1933 by the Collegium of the OGPU under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in labor camp. Imprisoned in Solovki (arrived 04/06/1933). By a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated November 15, 1934, the period was reduced to 5 years. Sentenced on September 20, 1936 by the special board of the Main Court of the Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic under the NKVD BBK under Art. 58-10 and 74 part 2 of the Criminal Code for 7 years in addition to the unserved term with loss of rights for 5 years. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 3, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on July 24, 1992 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Karelia
