Genus. in 1912 at the station. Golutvin Moscow railway (Kolomna, Moscow region); Russian; lower education; non-partisan. He worked at the Kolomna Machine-Building Plant and at the military plant in Golutvin (metal planer, mechanic). In the past we were convicted three times under Art. 162. Arrested on September 17, 1931, sentenced on December 14, 1931 by the OGPU Collegium to 3 years in labor camp (“socially harmful element”). Imprisoned in the Siberian OGPU camps; from 05/05/1932 to 03/11/1932 he was on the run. By resolution of the OGPU troika of PP dated March 15, 1933, he was sentenced to an additional 3 years and transferred to Solovki. Sentenced on July 15, 1935 by the Leningrad Regional Court of the NKVD BBK under Art. 59-2 “a”, 59-14 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison. Sentenced by the special board of the Main Court of the AKSSR at the NKVD BBK on October 24, 1936 to 3 years in prison. Three times he was placed in a reinforced security convoy for 6 months. In January 1937, Muksalma was transferred from a business trip to Filimonovo, and for theft he was placed in a punishment cell for 6 months. In the fall of 1937 he was kept as a “socially dangerous element” in the 7th building of the Solovetsky prison. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic).
