Genus. OK. 1887 in the village of Mary, Ryazhsky district, Ryazan province. In 1918 he lived in Petrograd, Nikolaevskaya street, 47/49, apt. 28. Arrested in December 1917. Released on his own recognizance on January 28, 1918. In February 1918, he received permission to return to the Ryazan province. By the resolution of the Cheka on the fight against counter-revolution and profiteering dated November 27, 1918, the case was closed.
