Genus. in 1862. Since 1907 in exile in Paris. He published the newspapers "Common Cause" (1909-1910) and "Future" (1911-1914). In August 1914 he returned to Russia.
Publisher and editor of the newspapers "Common Deal" and "Our Common Deal". In October 1917 he was arrested, in February 1918 he was released.
Emigrated to Finland, then to France, resumed the publication of the newspaper "Common Cause" in Paris (1918-1922, 1928-1933), one of the organizers and member of the presidium of the Russian National Committee (1921), co-editor of the magazine "Struggle for Russia" ( 1926-1931).
Died 08/21/1942. He was buried in the Sainte-Genieve-des-Bois cemetery near Paris.
