Born 19.12.1896; Ukrainian, education: in 1930-1932 graduated from the Special Faculty of the M.V. Frunze Military Academy; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1919. Military pilot, acting chief of the 6th Fighter Aviation Squadron, commander of the 3rd Aviation Squadron. In 1925-1927. - commander of the 2nd separate fighter squadron, commander of the 2nd reconnaissance squadron, in 1927 - assistant to the chief of the Air Force of the Belorussian Military District, in 1927-1928 - chief of the Air Force of the Red Banner Caucasian Army, in 1928-1929 - commander of the 10th aviation brigade, in 1929-1933 - assistant to the commander of the Volga Military District for the Air Force, in 1933-1939 - military air attaché in France. In 1939 he was dismissed. In 1939-1940 - teacher at the N.E. Zhukovsky Air Force Academy, division commander (since 1938). In 1940-1941 assistant to the inspector general for military educational institutions of the Red Army Air Forces. Arrested on 02.06.1941. Sentenced to capital punishment by the Special Conference on 13.02.1942. Executed on 23.02.1942. Rehabilitated on 17.09.1955.
