Romanchenko Nikolay Timofeevich
Born in 1902 in St. Petersburg; Russian; from the bourgeoisie; education: higher; no n. Lived in Moscow Region, town of Orekhovo-Zuyevo, Pushkinsky Prospekt, Bldg. 2, Apt. 6. Worked as a research associate at the Karbolit plant. Arrested by the Orekhovo-Zuyevo District Department of the UGB NKVD MO on March 10, 1938 on charges of espionage. Sentenced on August 19, 1940 by the Special Conference of the NKVD USSR under Art. 58-6-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in a labor camp. Imprisoned in Ukhtizhemlag. Released on September 10, 1945. After his release, he was detained in the camp as a civilian employee until 1947. Sentenced on 04.01.1947 by the Special Conference of the USSR MGB as a socially dangerous element to 3 years of exile. He was in exile in the Novosibirsk region. Sentenced on 05.08.1950 by the Special Conference of the USSR MGB on charges from 1938 to exile to a settlement. Rehabilitated on 17.10.1955 by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District.
