Born in 1898, native of the village of Kamen-Shlyakhetskoye, Kobrin district, Grodno province. Belarusian. From peasants. Primary education; specialized regional legal courses. Member of the Communist Party since July 1919. From 1919 - in the Cheka-OGPU-NKVD.
09.1928–10.1930 — head of the secret department of the Irkutsk district department of the GPU.
10.1930–04.1931 — head of the secret department of the OGPU PP for the East Siberian Territory (Irkutsk).
04.1931–08.1934 — head of the department of the SPO PP OGPU for the East Siberian region.
1938–01.1939 — Head of Department of the 3rd Department of the Main Directorate of State Security of the NKVD of the USSR.
01.39 — dismissed from the NKVD;
01.1939 — rehired: operational officer of the 3rd department of the GULAG of the NKVD of the USSR.
02–04.1941 — Head of the 5th Department of the 3rd Directorate of the NKGB of the USSR.
04–07.1941 — Head of the NKGB Directorate for the Novosibirsk Region.
07–12.1941 — Head of the NKVD Directorate for the Novosibirsk Region.
12.1941–04.1942 — at the disposal of the People's Commissar of Internal Affairs.
04.1942–05.1943 - beginning 4 economic departments Directorate of the NKVD of the USSR.

Since 07.1948 - retired.
He died on January 10, 1971 in Moscow.

In accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, a copy of the order shall be sent to the prosecutor and transferred to the prison warden for inclusion in the prison personnel file.
