Vorobyov Dmitry Yakovlevich b. in 1881 in the village of Gorbunovo, Kozyulinsky s/s, Tomsk region, in a peasant family. Russian, citizen of the USSR, non-resident, primary education. He lived in the same village and worked as a laborer on the Red Fisherman collective farm. In 1933 he was tried according to the Decree of 08/07/1932 *. Vorobyov's wife Vassa Egorovna, born in 1891, no children.
Arrested on October 13, 1941 by the Tomsk City Directorate of the NKVD, charged under Article 58, paragraph 10, part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Placed in Tomsk Prison No. 3 of the NKVD Novosibirsk Region on October 17, 1941.
The prisoner's profile described his appearance as follows: medium height, thin, sloping shoulders, graying hair, blue eyes, a rectangular face with a high forehead, a large, aquiline nose, wide eyebrows, and a small, thin-lipped mouth. No physical defects or other peculiarities.
On February 10, 1942, Vorobyov's case was referred to a Special Council. By decision of the Special Council on March 25, 1942, he was sentenced to five years of exile in Krasnoyarsk Krai for "anti-Soviet statements" under Article 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, beginning on October 13, 1941. Vorobyov, a prisoner, was informed of the sentence on May 7, 1942, but was not sent into exile due to his death in Tomsk Prison on May 23, 1942. He was rehabilitated on August 31, 1989.
* The Resolution of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR and the Council of People's Commissars of the USSR of August 7, 1932, "On the Protection of the Property of State Enterprises, Collective Farms, and Cooperatives and the Strengthening of Public (Socialist) Ownership," was popularly known as the "Three-Eighths Law" or the "Seven-Eighths Law." Amnesty for such cases was excluded.
