Born April 25, 1892 in Poltava; from the bourgeoisie. Since 1912 - in Batumi, participant in the revolutionary movement. Since 1917 - organizer of trade unions. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1920, expelled in 1937 for failure in the work of the trust. He was a member of the Menshevik Party from 1912 to 1917, and a member of the Zurabov group of internationalists from 1917 to 1920. He held the positions of chairman of the Adjara Trade Union Council, chairman of the Adjara Council of National Economy, head of the Organizational Department of the Transcaucasian Regional Institute and the Transcaucasian Supreme Council of National Economy, chairman of the Trade Fleet Council, deputy minister of the forestry industry of the Transcaucasus, and manager of the republican trust "Sakkarkhmsheni". Arrested in Tbilisi on the night of August 15-16, 1937. Sentenced by a troika of the NKVD of the Georgian SSR on November 9, 1937 under Articles 58-1-a, 58-7, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the Georgian SSR to capital punishment with confiscation of personal property. Shot on November 10, 1937.
