Genus. in 1887 in the village Stepanovka Kobrinsky district, Grodno province, Russian, from the clergy, secondary education, had a criminal record. In 1927 he arrived in Voronezh as an administrative expulsion from the Ukrainian SSR. May 10, 1928 was arrested by the OGPU on charges of a crime under Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Resolution of the OS at the OGPU Collegium dated August 31, 1928. was imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp for three years. 10/12/1931 exiled to the Northern Territory for 3 years. Rehabilitated on October 19, 1992.
