Genus. in 1887 in the village. Krasnopolka, Maloviskovsky district, Kirovograd region; Ukrainian; b/n; literate; lonely; no fixed occupation or place of residence; convicted in 1931 under Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of concentration camps and in 1937 - to 5 years of labor camps. Decree of the OS under the Ministry of State Security of the USSR of September 15, 1951 under Art. 58-10 h. 2 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for participation in an anti-Soviet organization and anti-Soviet agitation was imprisoned in a correctional labor camp for a period of 10 years. By the decision of the Central Commission for the Review of Criminal Cases dated September 13, 1955, the Decree of the OS under the Ministry of State Security of the USSR regarding Kapinus was left unchanged.
