Razumov Vladimir Vasilievich
Genus. in 1890 in the city of Ekaterinoslav (according to other sources - in St. Petersburg); Russian; higher education: studied at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Polytechnic University, moved to the Naval Engineering School in Kronstadt, which he graduated in 1913. In 1915–1916 he supervised the installation of large-caliber guns on ships; in 1917 he was sent by the Admiralty Shipyard to Murmansk to work on rebuilding cruisers at the Northern Shipyard; in the 1920s - naval attaché of the RSFSR in Great Britain; worked in the shipbuilding industry, took part in the completion and re-equipment of the battleship "Gangut" (later - "October Revolution"); in 1925–1930 he worked as head of the design bureau and head of workshop No. 17 of the shipbuilding plant named after. Marty, built torpedo boats according to A.N. Tupolev’s designs; in 1930–1932 – chief engineer of Petrozavod; in 1933 - head of the design bureau for the construction of the all-metal airship of K.E. Tsiolkovsky (Moscow). Arrested 12/09/1933; sentenced to Kogpu on April 20, 1934 under Art. 58-6 to VMN with replacement for 10 years of ITL; during the Second World War he worked in the Ostekhburo of the NKVD; released 05/24/1947; sentenced by the OS MGB of the USSR on May 24, 1947 to exile in the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic for 5 years; released on August 20, 1954 from the North Kazakhstan region. From 1956 - in Moscow, worked at the Institute of the Civil Fleet of the USSR. He died in Moscow on September 4, 1967, and was buried at Vvedensky Cemetery. Rehabilitated in the 1934 case by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on 10/20/1956.
