Genus. in 1909 in Nikolaev, Kherson province; higher education. In 1924 he worked at the shipbuilding plant named after. Marty. He graduated from the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Institute in 1931. He worked in Leningrad at the Baltic Shipyard (1931) then at shipyard No. 189. Sent to Italy to accept equipment for the cruiser "Kirov" in 1934. In 1937 he lived in Leningrad, worked as chief engineer of the Baltic Shipyard; arrested 10/17/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on May 28, 1940 under Art. 58-7, 11 to 10 years of imprisonment: served in design organizations: OTB in Bolshevo, OTB at plant No. 402 in Molotovsk (here he became the chief specialist in boiler building), OKB-172 (Leningrad); released 10/19/1947. In 1949 he lived in Rybinsk, Yaroslavl region, worked as an engineer at the Rybinsk shipyard; arrested 04/04/1949; sentenced by OS MGB of the USSR on June 15, 1949 under Art. 58-7, 11 to indefinite exile to the Krasnoyarsk Territory; in exile in Yeniseisk, worked as a shop manager at a ship repair plant; released 07/27/1954. From 1955 he lived in Leningrad, worked as chief engineer of the TsKB-5 branch; from 1967 - chief engineer of the Central Design Bureau "Vostok". Retired since 1984. Died in 1992.
