Genus. in 1896 in Ekaterinoslav; Ukrainian; Higher education: graduated from the Leningrad Marine Engineering School and the Maritime Academy named after. Voroshilov; member of the CPSU (b) in 1918–1919 (resigned mechanically). In 1930 he was put on trial for usury; sentenced to a fine of 1000 rubles. In 1937 he lived in Leningrad, before his arrest - group leader, deputy chief designer of the 2nd Main Directorate of the People's Commissariat of Defense Industry; arrested 06/20/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on May 29, 1940 under Art. 58-7, 11 to 10 years of imprisonment with confiscation of property and 5 years of disqualification. By resolution of the OS under the NKVDo, on January 13, 1945, he was released on parole. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on July 23, 1955.
