Born in 1896 in the city. Bereslav, Kherson province. Since 1920 in Petrograd. Graduated from the Electrical Engineering Institute, radio engineer. All R. In the 1920s, he married Rosalia Iosifovna Muravskaya (1894–1957) and took her surname. Children: daughter Dina (b. 1926) and son Valentin (b. 1928). Before arrest - Art. inspector of the Leningrad Radio Directorate. Arrested 11/04/1937. Sentenced on December 15, 1937 by a resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor under Art. 58-6, 7, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on December 20, 1937. Rehabilitated posthumously.
