Chistyakov Vladimir Alexandrovich
Genus. 01/17/1923 in Petrograd. In 1941 he was sent to the artillery school, which he graduated in December 1941. Lieutenant, deputy commander of the 129th infantry division battery of the Southwestern Front. In August 1942 he was captured. In January 1943 he escaped during the evacuation of a military camp from the town of Ostrogazhech (?). SMERSH was arrested in Kalach, Voronezh region on March 26, 1943. Sentenced by the resolution of the OS NKVD of the USSR dated 02.10.1943 under Art. 58-1b to 10 years of labor camp and 2 years of exile. In June 1943 he was transferred to Vorkutlag. He received the OS sentence in December 1943. He was imprisoned at mines No. 1, 2, and 3, then worked as a doctor in the OLP Sangorodok (Vorkuta-Vom); The last camp place of work was mine No. 6. Camp poet. Released on March 26, 1953. He was a member of the Vorkuta Chess Club. Graduated in absentia from the Leningrad Engineering and Economic Institute. Rehabilitated June 24, 1955. At the end of the 1950s he returned to Leningrad. Worked at Lenenergo and Energoproekt. Retired since March 17, 1983. Member of the Memorial Society since 1990. Died in St. Petersburg in February 2001.
