Arrested after returning from Spain in 1937. Accused of espionage, sentenced to 10 years in the camps. After the end of the term of imprisonment in 1949, he served a link in the village. Ermakovo, Turukhansk district of KK, building No. 503 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. He married Lityagina N.V. After the liquidation of Ermakov, he lived with his wife in the village. Poluy Turukhansk district. After his release, he left for Leningrad with his wife. Died in Leningrad.
