Genus. in 1884 in Odessa. Russian, higher education, former member of the Central Committee of the Labor Peasant Party. Arrested on August 16, 1922 on charges of anti-Soviet activity. By resolution of the GPU collegium dated October 23, 1922, the case was discontinued. Arrested again on June 21, 1930 as a member of the Central Committee of the Labor Peasant Party. Sentenced by the OGPU board on January 26, 1932 under Art. 58-4, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison. Released in 1934. Senior consultant of the planning and economic department of the Main Northern Sea Route. Lived in Moscow, Maly Nikolsky tup., no. 11, apt. 18. Arrested 12/27/1937. Sentenced by the All-Russian Military Commission of the USSR on September 17, 1938 on charges of k.-r. activities. Shot on September 17, 1938. Burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. Rehabilitated 06/01/1963 by the USSR Air Force.
