Genus. in 1888; from farm laborers; incomplete secondary education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1920. In 1936 he worked as director of the Azov Machine and Tractor Station (MTS) of the Azov region of the Azov-Black Sea Territory. Transferred from member to candidate of the CPSU (b) 06/04/1936. Dismissed from work on February 20, 1937. He was not arrested or sentenced. In 1939 he worked at the 3rd brick factory in Rostov-on-Don.
