Chernyshev Nikolai Stepanovich
Genus. in 1893 in the village of Makovo, Astrakhan region. Astrakhan lips; from middle peasants (fishermen); in 1903 he graduated from the parochial school; in 1918-1922 - a member of the CPSU (b), left the party voluntarily, re-admitted in January 1926. In 1935-1937 he worked as the director of the motor-fishing station (MRS) in the village of Elizavetinskaya, Azov district of the Azov-Black Sea Territory. By the decision of the bureau of the Azov Republic of Kazakhstan of the CPSU (b) of 07/03/1937, he was relieved of his post, expelled from the CPSU (b) as an enemy of the party and the people. He worked as a mining technician at the Kagalnitskaya MRS of the Azov region. In 1937 he was arrested on charges of financial abuse. On July 20–21, 1939, the people's court of the 1st section of the Azov district of the Rostov region was acquitted for lack of evidence of the crime.
