Savin Spiridon Andreevich

Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1918. In 1934–1935 he worked as head of the land department (Raizo) of the Rostov (rural) district executive committee of the Azov-Black Sea Territory. In May 1936, after the formation of the Aksai district (in February 1936), he was approved as head of the District Administration of the Aksai district executive committee. At a meeting of the bureau of the Aksai RK of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, the work of the Raizo was considered unsatisfactory and it was decided to ask the agricultural department of the Rostov regional committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks for dismissal from office.
