Genus. in 1894. In 1931 he was accepted as a candidate member of the CPSU(b) by the Salsky RK of the CPSU(b) of the North Caucasus region (candidate card No. 32599, sample 1926). In 1935 he worked as director of GORT (City Organization of Retail Trade) of the Tselinsky district of the Azov-Black Sea Territory. In December 1935, during a check of party documents, it was established that the Salsky RK of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) did not accept him as a candidate member of the party, and therefore he was removed from the party account and removed from the post of director. In 1937 he worked as the head of the horse-tractor farm of the collective farm named after. Kalinin Grain-growing village council of Tselinsky district, Rostov region. Arrested by the NKVD and convicted.
