Genus. in 1901 in the village of Skalin, Cherikovsky district. Mogilev province; incomplete higher education; member of the CPSU(b) from 1920. In 1935–1936 he worked as the first secretary of the Armavir city committee of the CPSU(b), in 1936–1937 - second secretary and head of the party personnel department of the Rostov city committee of the CPSU(b), in 1937 - secretary of the Kamensky city committee of the CPSU(b) Azov-Black Sea region. By the decision of the Bureau of the Kamensky City Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks dated May 25, 1937, he was expelled from the ranks of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. Arrested by the NKVD. Sentenced by a visiting session of the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on December 13, 1937 under Art. 58-7, 58-8 t 58-11 to VMN with confiscation of property.
