Arrested on June 14, 1925, charged under Art. 60 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. On October 30, 1925, the OS at the Kogpu was sentenced to deprivation of the right to reside in Moscow, Leningrad, Kharkov, Kiev, Odessa, Rostov-on-Don and the designated provinces and in the border provinces for 3 years. Released from custody. In 1936 he lived in Leningrad. Arrested 09/23/1936. Sentenced by the OS under the NKVD of the USSR on January 27, 1937 to 5 years in labor camp. By the resolution of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR of November 23, 1939, the resolution of January 27, 1937 was canceled, the case was terminated, and he was released from custody. Rehabilitated in the 1925 case by the St. Petersburg Prosecutor's Office. 06/23/1998; in the case of 1936 - by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on September 28, 1990. Died in St. Petersburg. 03/18/1999; buried at the Komarovskoye village cemetery.
