Genus. in 1905 in the city of Rechitsa, Minsk province; Jew; higher education (graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute); by profession - electrical engineer; b/p. In 1938 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a shop manager for large machines at the Elektrosila plant. Arrested 03/19/1938. Sentenced to OS under the NKVD of the USSR on September 2, 1940 under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years of labor camp. In 1951 he lived in the village. Podporozhye, Leningrad region, worked as a senior foreman at the 4th section of the electrical installation department of the Svirstroy trust. Arrested on January 24, 1951. Sentenced to OS under the USSR MGB on 04/07/1951 under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 58-9, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to a reference to settlement in the Krasnoyarsk Territory under the supervision of the MGB. Died in the Internal Prison of the Leningrad UMGB on April 14, 1951. Rehabilitated in the 1938 case by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on May 14, 1955; in the case of 1951 - by the Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad Region on September 18, 1991.
