I, investigator of the Investigative Department of the UMGB for the Tomsk Region, junior lieutenant POLKOVNIKOV, having examined the materials on criminal activity -
YACHMENEV Venedikt Spiridonovich, born in 1895, native of the village of Korobeynikovo, Altai Territory, from peasants, Russian, non-party, did not work anywhere before his arrest, lived in the city of Tomsk, on Batenkova Lane No. 13, Apt. 1.
FOUND:
On November 1, 1951, Yachmenev V.S. was arrested by the MGB Directorate for Tomsk Oblast and brought to criminal responsibility under Articles 58-2, 58-10 Part 1 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR.

According to the doctor's conclusion, YACHMENEV, due to liver disease, requires inpatient treatment for periodic abdominal puncture in the hospital's therapeutic department.
That's why -
RESOLVED:
YACHMNEVA Venidikt Spiridonovich is to be sent for further detention to prison No. 1 of the Tomsk Region Ministry of Internal Affairs for inpatient treatment in a prison hospital.
