Born in 1888 in Nikolaev, Kherson Governorate; Czech; higher education; member of the RSDLP(b) in 1906-1913. Lived in Kharkov. Professor at the All-Union Institute of Forestry. Arrested on 04/05/1933, accused of belonging to a counter-revolutionary organization. Sentenced on 09/23/1933 by a troika of the GPU of the Ukrainian SSR collegium under Art. 54-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 5 years of imprisonment. In custody in the Prorvinsky corrective labor camp and Belbaltlag. From July 1937 - in the Solovetsky prison of the NKVD. By the resolution of a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR, the term of imprisonment was extended by 5 years. Died on 03/06/1938 in custody in Sevvostlag, Magadan Region. Rehabilitated on June 10, 1964.
