Vikul Sergey Pavlovich
Born in 1890 in Vinnytsia; Ukrainian; from a priest's family; higher education; former member of the Central Committee of the USDRP, member of the Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Ukraine in 1929-1933. Worked as the head of the Marxism-Leninism Works Sector of the Partizdat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party (bolsheviks) of Ukraine. Arrested in the case of the "Ukrainian Military Organization." Sentenced on September 23, 1933, by a troika of the GPU Collegium of the Ukrainian SSR under Article 54-4-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR.
To 10 years in a labor camp. While imprisoned in Solovki, he was held in a solitary confinement cell at the Kremlin labor camp. Sentenced on October 9, 1937, by a special troika of the Leningrad Regional Directorate of the NKVD to capital punishment. Executed on November 3, 1937, in Sandarmokh, Karelian ASSR.
