Genus. 12/25/1897 in the city of Uralsk, Orenburg province; Tatar; from employees; higher education; member of the CPSU (b) in 1919–1936. Graduated from madrasah (1912). In 1915–1918 he led an illegal youth circle. Participant in the Civil War. Studied at Kom. University of the Workers of the East (Moscow, 1921–1922), then in responsible party positions in Uralsk, Kustanai, Semipalatinsk, Kzyl-Orda. In 1927–1929, a graduate student of the Central Asian Com. university. One of the organizers, dean of the workers' faculty and scientific secretary of the board of Sredneaz. cotton institute (1929–1930). In 1930, the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks was sent to Leningrad. He graduated from graduate school at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the USSR Academy of Sciences and worked as a researcher at the Historical and Archaeographic Institute. Since April 1936 Art. Researcher Len. departments of the Institute of History of the USSR Academy of Sciences; And. O. Scientific Secretary of the Association of Institutions of the Department of Social Sciences of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Lived in Leningrad (V.O., Universitetskaya embankment, 5, apt. 14). Arrested on August 14, 1936. Sentenced on December 27, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. In custody in Solovetsky prison. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10.10.1937 to VMN. Shot on November 4, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated November 24, 1956.
