Born in 1887 in the village. Dmitrievka, Orenburg province. (modern Aleksandrovsky district, Orenburg region); Russian; incomplete higher education; member of the RSDLP(M) in 1905–1918. Under Kolchak, member of the Investigative Commission, then company commander of the 66th Army Regiment, General. Pepelyaev with the rank of staff captain. In 1923 he was a trustee of the Altai-trade industrial company and for violating labor laws he was sentenced to 5 years in prison, imprisoned in the Alexander Central (Irkutsk). Before the second arrest, he lived in Novosibirsk, a technician-estimator of the State Construction Trust. Arrested in connection with the White Guard Conspiracy case. Sentenced by a resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated 08/05/1933 under Art. 58-2, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in the ITL (start of term 04/13/1933). Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated July 29, 1958.
