Educational and scientific worker, economist, local historian
Born in the village. Targentui, Transbaikal region; Russian, higher education, non-partisan. Graduated from the Moscow Commercial Institute (1916). Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated July 29, 1958.
