Born in the village. Khatney (Khatnoe) Volchansky district. Kharkov province. (according to other data, in the locality of Ichen, Chernigov province); Russian, from a peasant background, incomplete higher education. Graduated from two courses at the Faculty of Law of St. Petersburg. university, in sov. I completed accounting courses. He served in the tsarist army (junker), then in the White Army (second lieutenant) and in the Red Army (in the Amur River Flotilla). He was arrested for serving in the White Army and released without trial. Before his second arrest, he lived in Novosibirsk (64 Loktevskaya St.), worked as an accountant in the West Siberian regional office "Soyuzkedr". Arrested on March 13, 1933 in the “White Guard Conspiracy” case. Sentenced by a resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated 08/05/1933 under Art. 58-2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death with replacement by 10 years of labor camp. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937 to VMN. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated in the case of 1933 on July 29, 1958 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, in the case of 1937 on September 11, 1989 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region.
