Born in 1904 in the Zegery Fortress (Poland) (according to the house register - in 1905 in Warsaw), Russian, civil servant, higher education, candidate for membership in the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1930, worked at the Institute of Economics of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Lived in Leningrad (Plekhanov St., 2/1, apt. 10). Arrested on September 1, 1936 by the 1st Department of the SNO of the NKVD Directorate of the Leningrad Region for connections with Trotskyists and participation in counterrevolutionary activities. Sentenced to capital punishment on May 27, 1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR. Shot on May 27, 1937.
