Born in 1882 in Siedlce   Siedlce Governorate; Pole; from the nobility; higher education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) (former member of the Party of Social Democrats of Poland and Lithuania). Chairman of the Special Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR. Lived in Moscow, ul. Serafimovich, No. 2 (Government House), apt. 451. Arrested on 13.09.1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 25.11.1937 on charges of espionage and participation in the anti-Soviet terrorist espionage and sabotage organization POV to capital punishment. Executed on 26.11.1937 in Moscow. Place of burial: Donskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 28.05.1955.
