Born in 1925 in Lithuania, (Ukmerga district) village of Kadrenai; Lithuanian; incomplete higher theological education, graduated from 4 years of Kaunas Theological Seminary, priest. Earlier, in 1946. was arrested for contacts with partisans and on March 26, 1948, by a resolution of the OSO under the USSR Ministry of State Security, he was sentenced to 10 years under Art. 17-58-1A and 58-11 to 10 years in labor camp. Released on March 20, 1956. Lived in Batigala Lithuanian SSR (Raseinsky district). Arrested on 04/09/1958 for possession of books and magazines published in pre-war Lithuania. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Lithuanian SSR on July 26, 1958 under Art. 58-10 part 1 for 6 years of labor camp. Released 04/09/1964 After his release, he became rector of the Vidukliai parish. Lived in the Lithuanian SSR, Raseinsky district, Vidukle borough. Arrested on January 26, 1983. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Lithuanian SSR on May 6, 1983 under Article 68 Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Lithuanian SSR to 7 years in a penal colony and 3 years in exile. He served his sentence in the Perm camps. By Decree of the PVS of the USSR dated June 28, 1988. pardoned Released on July 11, 1988.
