Levkovtsev-Svishchevsky Mikhail Fedorovich (Feodosievich)

Born in 1886 in the town of Smela, Cherkassky district, Kiev province; graduated from the mechanical department of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute in 1912. After being wounded at the front in 1915, he was sent to PTZ (Pipe Factory). He worked as chief engineer, head of production at Plant No. 4 named after Kalinin. Arrested on 28.08.1929 as a "participant in a sabotage organization in the military industry." Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on 13.12.1929 to 10 years' imprisonment. Imprisoned in Sevlag (city of Kotlas).
