Dymman Vladimir Lavrentievich
Born in 1875 in the Rechitsa district of the Minsk province (according to other sources, the city of Bobruisk); Belarusian; from the nobility; no soldier; graduated from the Mikhailovskaya Artillery Academy in 1902. Colonel of the Russian Army. He worked at PTZ (Pipe Plant) in various positions, in 1917 he was the head of PTZ, former head of the pipe subdepartment of TsEPAZ and GUVP, chairman of the NTS GUVP, member of the board of the Cartridge and Pipe Trust of the USSR. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on 14.05.1928 as a "participant in a sabotage organization in the military industry". Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on 21.10.1929 for "participation in a counter-revolutionary organization and espionage" to capital punishment. Shot in Moscow on 21.10.1929. Probable burial place - Vagankovskoye Cemetery. Rehabilitated in January 1989.
