Born in 1901 (according to other sources, in 1903) in Moscow; Russian; from the nobility; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1921-1937; graduated from the 4th grade school at the Flerovskaya Gymnasium and one year of the Industrial Academy. Director of Plant No. 4 named after Kalinin, member of the Council under the People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry of the USSR. Lived in Leningrad, Kondratyevsky Prospekt, Bldg. 40, Apt. 325. Arrested on 01/05/1937. Sentenced by the Visiting Session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad on 26/02/1938 under Article 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. He was executed in Leningrad on 27/02/1938.
