Utkin Nikolay Vladimirovich

Born in 1884 in the village of Glinki, Rostov district, Yaroslavl province; from peasants; no military background; graduated from the Pyrotechnic Special School. Worked as the head of the production and technical department of Plant No. 4 named after Kalinin. Arrested on 19.04.1929 as a "participant in a sabotage organization in the military industry". Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on 03.11.1929 to 5 years of imprisonment. Imprisoned in Solovki. On 28.10.1931, the OGPU Collegium exiled him to the city of Penza for the remainder of his term. Released on 04.11.1934 with the right to free residence.
