Belyakov Ivan Ivanovich
Born September 1, 1880 in the village of Voronovo, Novotorzhsky district, Tver province. Russian, no name. Participant in the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905. Colonel of the Tsarist Army. In 1931 - secretary of the Air Defense Courses of the Trade and Food Service. Lived in Leningrad (Rubinstein St., Bldg. 24, Apt. 11). Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on April 25, 1931 under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a concentration camp. Returned to Leningrad in January 1935, lived there. Arrested again on February 27, 1938. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the NKVD Directorate of the Leningrad Region on March 20, 1938 under Art. 58-10-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on March 25, 1938.
