Born in 1885 in Mogilev; Russian; adopted son of Major General K. F. Beinart; former Lieutenant Colonel in the Tsarist Army. In 1931 - accountant at Polyclinic No. 1 in Sverdlovsk District. Lived in Leningrad, Permskaya St., Bldg. 4, Apt. 6. Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on 25.04.1931 under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a concentration camp. Arrested again on 28.02.1938. Sentenced by the Special Troika of the NKVD of the Leningrad Region on 20.03.1938 under Art. 58-10-11 to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 25.03.1938.
