Born in 1879 in Kiev; Russian; no military service. Staff captain of the 4th railway battalion (as of 1909). Participant in World War I. As of 1920, in the Red Army, junior engineer-receiver, captain, in the Main Military Technical Directorate.
In 1937 - engineer at plant #209. Lived in Leningrad, V.O., 21st line, bldg. 16, apt. 171. Arrested on 10/08/1937. Sentenced on 12/11/1937 by the Commission of the NKVD and the USSR Prosecutor's Office under Art. 58-6-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on 12/20/1937.
