Born November 10, 1911 in Reval, Russian Empire. Orthodox theologian, former archpriest and professor at the Leningrad Theological Academy, excommunicated clergyman of the Russian Orthodox Church. Master of Theology. Since 1959 - professional atheist; Candidate of Philosophical Sciences (since 1966). One of the authors of the “Atheist’s Handbook”, published many times in the USSR. He died on October 25, 1967 in Leningrad.
