Genus. in 1907 in Vladivostok; Russian; until 1944 – in exile. Activist of the People's Labor Union (NTS). In 1944, SMERSH was arrested in Yugoslavia and sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the Central Air Defense District under Article 58-4, Part 1, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 20 years in labor camp. Prisoner of the 9th camp department of the Rechlag Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Vorkuta. Arrested 05/16/1951. Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the MGB troops of the Komi ASSR on September 14, 1951 under Art. 19-58-2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 25 years in prison and 5 years of loss of rights. Convicted for the second time on November 4, 1955 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 10 years in prison. By the determination of the Military Tribunal of the White Sea Military District dated November 4, 1955, Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code was excluded from the charges and the case in this part was dismissed. Criminal acts under Art. 19-58-2 of the Criminal Code reclassified to Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code, according to which the penalty is 10 years in prison. Released early on September 27, 1956. Lived in Ivanovo, worked as a merchandiser in a department store.
Arrested on 03/07/1959 for creating in 1954, while serving a previous sentence, an NTS cell among prisoners of the Vorkutlag. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on September 26, 1959 under Art. 9, 7 part 2 of the Law of December 25, 1958 to 10 years in the ITL according to the Decree of the RSFSR PVS of December 26, 1963, he was pardoned. Released 01/06/1964.
